Diabetics in rural areas no doubt face many hurdles in managing their diabetes. In addition to facing difficulties in seeking treatment, they also likely face challenges in getting healthy, nutritious foods. Exercising might also be a challenge, especially in cold weather climates where no gym is available nearby.
I'm happy to hear that the prototype program will attempt to improve rural treatment.
